Technical Director
 
Basic duties: 
  1. Is responsible for all maintenance work within the company;
  2. Is responsible for all technical matters towards the EASA and USAA unless otherwise stated for special issues;
  3. Is responsible for the liaison of the maintenance operations and were so contacted the customers flight operations;
  4. Is responsible for that sufficient training of the personnel is conducted in accordance with the department scope of work;
  5. In liaison with the Quality Manager, makes an evaluation of the Company Quality Standards quarterly.

Qualifying requirements:
  1. Engineering University Degree;
  2. A well documented knowledge regarding maintenance systems, production planning and flight safety work;
  3. Experience from personnel supervision and financial control and budget work is also required;
  4. Experience in negotiations with foreign suppliers regarding technical matters and a knowledge from establishing maintenance contracts or similar;
  5. Well documented experience from foreign and local aviation regulations, manufacturing, regulations and certifying regulations;
  6. Good English Language knowledge;
  7. Good PC skills.
